In this video, I’m actually going to show you a simple, quick and easy makeup tutorial for beginners So before I start with the video, if there’s any questions you want to ask me related to makeup Just to make your life a little easy 😛 So, please ask them in the comments section below, and I would love to answer those for you! And let’s start today’s video! So, let’s begin! The first step, is actually a concealer I’m using the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer in the shade: ‘Amber’ Now, this concealer also acts like a corrector So, I’m using it underneath my foundation You must’ve have seen that many people apply foundation even above their foundation That’s completely alright But because this concealer has correcting properties That’s why I am using it under the foundation I’m taking this on my finger and dotting it underneath my eye.
.. Also dotting this underneath my blemishes, acne spots, scars, pigmentation.. Whatever the problem area is on your face, dab this right there So that there’s an even tone on your face And when you apply the foundation on top The pigmentation, dark circles or acne scars won’t show up from underneath! Because this concealer is a full coverage concealer You don’t need to take a lot of this, just a tiny amount would cover your scars and pigmentation easily Once i have applied the product, I am gonna take my damp beauty blender And I am going to push that product into my skin Like that, you want to use dabbing motions.
Like I always say just dab the product and press it into your skin make sure you conceal and cover all of the spots because we are not going to be correcting or concealing later on So, this is it! So, you must have seen that I usually use concealer after my foundation Because I want to show you, that how you can use your concealer as your corrector and basically the work of a corrector is to even out the skin and obviously, your skintone Sometimes, we face pigmentation, dark circles our skintone is uneven at times, just like my skin has a lot of redness going on and even dark circles! So to even that out, we need to use a corrector Before our foundation and our concealer But the best part about this concealer is that it has corrector of it’s own so you don’t have to use a corrector separately So, that is why I am using this before my foundation The best part it is, it is a full coverage concealer So you don’t need a lot of the product because a little amount of this would cover up the scars or marks on your skin easily So if you haven’t invested in a concealer yet and if you don’t know how to choose a concealer according to your skin shade Then, always go for the concealer closest to your skin tone, for it to match properly So that you can easily cover your scars, your uneven skin tone and dark circles So that if you don’t feel like using your foundation someday if you want the light, ‘natural everyday makeup’ feeling you can just use that concealer, cover your dark circles, spots, blemishes, acne scars, etc.
And that’s it! You’re sorted! So you can use the concealer closest to your skin shade So, in case you want to know how to pick the correct shade of foundation for yourself Click on the video right here, and that video is going to be very helpful for you! And now, moving on to the foundation So I’m using the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation in the shade, ‘106: Sun Beige’ I’m going to take a little bit on the back of my hand Just 2 drops and that is it! I am gonna dip my beauty blender directly into it, and you guys can also dot the foundation all over your face before you start blending it I’m just gonna start bouncing that all over my face Now, when you are using a beauty blender use the back-side of the blender to apply the foundation onto your face and then, you want to switch to the other side when you are applying it underneath your eyes So when you are using the beauty blender, make sure the blender is damp and to make it damp, dip it well in the water and rinse out the excess water, because if you don’t do so your foundation will break apart, get separated and you’ll see cracks and that will not last long So, there’s another makeup hack for you if you want to rinse out the excess water out of the blender You can take a piece of cloth and squeeze the excess water out So that the cloth absorbs the excess water And then you can use your blender for the foundation application and make sure you also apply the foundation on your neck as well so that there’s no visible difference in the skin tone of your face and your neck so make sure you even everything out properly So with that, I’m done with my makeup base.
Now, moving on to the eyes! I’m going to doing a winged eyeliner today! So for that, I have the L’Oréal Paris Matte Signature Eyeliner Now, I know that many girls are scared of doing a winged makeup eyeliner because it’s a little intimidating and it requires practice as well But I’ll share some makeup tips with you so that your life is a lot easier! And this product is very beginner friendly, because it’s stem actually comes with a grip, so that when you apply the product your hands don’t slip while applying, and you get a perfect grip to the stem that you’re holding! And it’s also perfect when you stay in humid conditions, like Bombay So, it just doesn’t go anywhere once you apply it So, let me show you how to apply it First, I am going to show you how to do the normal eyeliner So, I am gonna start from the inner corner of my eye And, keep your brush as close as you can.
..to the lashline You’re gonna make sure that there are no gaps and no streak marks when you are applying the eyeliner it has to be very even while you are doing that and you guys can actually take your time to do this because this is quite tricky! and just make sure that your hands are quite steady while you are doing that So that the line is not crooked Just take it all the way towards the end of the eye And now, if you wanna do a winged liner I’m gonna start from the outer corner of my eye Follow the end of your lower lashline, i.
e the corner of your eyes Follow it’s natural line And look straight in the mirror, so it actually gives you a perfect angle I’m gonna start from the bottom part, like that right from the corner of my eye You wanna keep your hand really steady when you do this And just make a small line, like that like, an angled line going upwards; towards your eyebrow As you can see, it’s actually going towards my eyebrow And that’s how you make a perfect wing! And, once you have your line in place Connect it with the liner you drew before And, I’m gonna repeat that on the other eye as well So, in case if you still find it difficult to do a winged liner, I have shared a few makeup hacks in this video right here, so click on the link and check out the video! And now, to finish off the eye makeup look, I’m gonna use a mascara because mascaras actually help in completing your eye makeup look and also opens up your eyes, a lot more! So, I’m gonna be using the L’Oréal Paris Volumonous Lash Paradise Mascara So, before I apply the mascara, I’m gonna take a spoolie Which is a brush like this And with this, I’m gonna clean my lashes first So that there’s no product build up on my eye lashes And also, it’ll help in separating your lashes before you apply your mascara So, I’m gonna take the wand, and I’m gonna start applying it on the roots, like that And wiggle your brush like this And apply this on the entirety of your lashes, so that they look thick and dense And they’ll get a lot of volume as well! And, i’m gonna do the same thing on the other eye as well Starting from the roots taking it all the way inwards And now, you want to coat your bottom lashes as well And with that, you can see that mascaras actually add a lot more definition to your eyes And, you just complete your eye makeup look! I would like to give you guys a pro makeup tip while you’re using your mascara! Just take your wand out once and, swirl it around so that the wand can get coated with all of the mascara that you need And then, start with the application Don’t go back in again and again, like that Doing this, would cause air to enter your mascara tube which will make your mascara clumpy, and it would also dry out soon So, don’t do that.
Take your mascara wand out, swirl it and start with the application Okay, so now moving on to my favourite part of the makeup tutorial! Which is a blush! I’m using the L’Oréal Paris Le Bar A Blush in the shade ‘Play With Me’ Which is a nice, peachy, soft nude colour And, the best way to actually figure out your shade of blush, would be to pinch your cheek and the shade you can see on your cheek, is the closest shade of blush that you should go for! So, in case if you fall into fair skin category, you would want to go for something that is in a pinky tone And, if you fall into medium to deep skin tones, then you want to go for something peachy something in nude shade And, if you fall into a deep to dark skin tone then you want to go for something in apricot shade Now, you have to make sure that you use a fluffy brush like this So that, it’s easier when you’re applying the blush on your cheeks and just smile a little so that you can actually see the apples of your cheeks and this is where you wanna apply the blush And, I’m just gonna dab the blush Onto the apples of my cheeks, like that and just, diffuse it all the way backwards So, can you see how easy it is to actually blend your blush with a fluffy brush, like this? Because, if you use a tighter brush; a brush which is very dense Then, you’ll end up picking up a lot of product and your product will show in only one patch of the skin and you’ll not be able to move the product, making it look patchy So, if you are applying blush, you wanna use something which is very soft and very fluffy, like this So that you can easy diffuse and move the product around I’m a gonna apply a little bit on my chin as well Just a little bit! Okay, now to finish off with my makeup look; I’m gonna use a lipstick And you wanna go for something which is matte, which is long lasting So for that, I’m gonna be using the L’Oréal Paris Rouge Signature Liquid Matte Lipstick So, the best part about this lipstick is that you don’t have to additionally exfoliate your lips because sometimes, we have chapped lips, dry lips and that looks very weird once we apply the lipstick With this lipstick, your lips are actually moist, hydrated and soft Because it comes with an oil based formula So, it stops your lips from flaking out Also, it lasts much longer than other liquid lipsticks, and it’s very light-weight! The best part about this wand is that you can use this to line your lips first And then, you can just fill it in And I’m gonna start from the centre of my lips, basically from the cupid’s bow you want to make this.
.. Small cross on your cupid’s bow like that.. And then, you wanna take it all the way towards the end of your lip And that’s it! So, once you have lined your lips I’m just gonna fill it in Okay guys, this is it! This is by far the simplest look I’ve created so far! I hope you guys enjoyed today’s video And, if you have any makeup tips and techniques that you want to share with me, please post them in the comments section below and maybe we’ll try it together in the next episode And, all the products I’ve used in today’s video are mentioned in the description box below And before you leave, don’t forget to subscribe to our channel!
